We’d like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support during this difficult time. Like many of you, our family here at Zappone CJDR feels the weight of the current situation unfolding all over the nation and we assure you that our team is doing everything we can to be here for all of your vehicle needs. In compliance with Governor Cuomo’s closure of new and used car sales, we are still going above and beyond to assist our customers. 

With that being said, our service and parts departments have been deemed essential services which means WE ARE OPEN TO ASSIST YOU! Whether you drive a CJDR or not, we’re here to help with all major and minor services on all makes and models! 

We understand that this is a very trying time and you may be a little nervous to leave your home. And that’s alright, our team is here to help you! You can either drop off your vehicle for service or we’ll pick it up! If you choose to drop your vehicle off to us, we want to inform you that we are following social distancing guidelines as directed by state and federal authorities. In addition, we ask that if you or a family member is sick, please stay home. We will adjust your service appointment as needed but it is crucial that if you are not feeling 100%, you stay home.
